Reiki Level One Certification

Reiki is an ancient energy healing system, rediscovered in the middle of the nineteenth century by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese teacher and theologian, which balances body, mind, emotions and spirit. This natural healing system reduces stress and pain and has rapidly gained acceptance in major hospitals, especially among the nursing community. It is non-invasive and safe for all regardless of physical condition. Learning to use Reiki is a perfect way to take an active role in your own development and wellness.
Level One students will learn the basic Reiki principles, ethics, and hand positions for self-healing and healing of others; as well as exercises to increase Ki (energy and alignment in your own body). Through a beautiful process called “attunements” you will be opened to your full potential as a channel for healing energy. This energy recharges, realigns, and rebalances the system of both the giver and receiver. After your Reiki attunements and instruction, you will be able to use this portable and accessible treatment for yourself and others.
Level Two involves further attunements allowing for a full 100% energy transfer. You will gain the knowledge of powerful Reiki symbols which will expand your ability to assist in emotional and mental healing and how to send healing energy across distance. You will also learn how color, sound, and crystals can enhance the use of Reiki. The cost of Level Two is $250 and includes an extensive handout.

Terri is a Reiki Master in both the traditional Usui and Mencho (Tibetan) Reiki lineages. She has also completed the Rites of Passage (Master Level) of Cizin I’Raku (Mayan Reiki) and has taken classes in SKHM (an Egyptian branch of Reiki). In addition to Reiki, her private sessions include the practice of One Brain Stress Defusion , Deep and Soft Tissue Massage, Process Acupressure, Shiatsu, CranioSacral, and Foot Reflexology.

Fee: $200 (50% due upon registration, payable to Terri Werner)
Level Two involves further attunements allowing for an increased energy transfer. You will gain the knowledge of powerful Reiki symbols which will expand your ability to assist in emotional and mental healing and learn how to send healing energy across distance. You will also discover how the use of color, sound, and crystals can enhance Reiki. Further information into the Chakra system will be provided, as well as discussion of spiritual and emotional factors in healing. The cost of Level Two is $225 and includes an extensive handout.
All participants will have the chance to experience receiving a group energy session as well as giving sessions and time will be provided to receive feedback from both the givers and receiver after each session.
Bring: 5-10 crystals or stones (these can be provided for you), photograph(s) of a person/animal to whom you would like to send Reiki healing energy, and a bag lunch.
Level Three (Master Class)
Level Three Classes are available both with and without the Master Teacher portion. Besides the core teachings, I bring in teachings and wisdom from many other paths. In addition, tools are taught such as Muscle Testing, Pendulum Work, Using Essential Oils and Flower Essences, and more.
